Waldorf doll making workshop with North Coast Doll: two amazing days with Meglena of North Coast Dolls hosted by Debbie Pool (Little Oake Dolls) , two days full of creativity and best spirits seemed to pass much too quick. Enjoyed every single minute of them, absolutely!
A really special, great experience I can only point out to to everyone who loves Waldorf dolls. The welcoming atmosphere created by Meglena, generously sharing her exquisite skills, completed fairy-like with every background support by Debbie makes sure you feel really inspired and confident.
The first you see entering the workshop room is a friendly Meglenas smile, the dreamy face of the doll model (she is posing us in the garden on the first picture) and carefully prepared kits on the table including oh so pretty doll dresses made with natural linen and exquisite Liberty fabric, made by Maglena herself for every doll soul to be born within those walls this week-end.
Patience, keeping an eye on every detals and having an encouraging word for every one of us, this is Meglenas teaching in perfection. Thank you so much, Meglena for this wonderful experience! Wishing you all the best for the future!
And a very special tip: just have a look in Debbies supplies room. That is magical. Thank you Debbi for giving us a chance to explore it! There are amazing locks, which Debbie dyes by hand herself, new yarns in beautiful natural shades and amazing quality, pure wonderfully dyed felt and fabrics – just all the beauty you can imagine and a bit more.
As for me – as the day pass, in my heart are still staying all the magical impessions of this week-end and – of course, my new doll (the third picture). Just sitting here now and listening.
Already dressed up by my youngest, to be sure.
