Meet Sarah! This approx. 9in (23cm) Waldorf inspired doll is handmade by me with natural organic high quality materials and lots of love and care. Her head is sculptured of carded new wool in the traditional Waldorf style. The body is stuffed with organic clean sheep wool, the “skin” is of high-quality cotton interlock from traditional Swiss manufacture. This little doll is weighted for more lovely feel. She has tiny ears, a belly button and a sweet bum. Her eyes are carefully hand embroidered with cotton embroidery thread. Her hair is made with doll mohair and can be gently finger combed. Sarah is wearing a wide cotton dress, trousers of organic cotton jersey beneath, her crocheted shoes are original Donegal Tweed yarn. I crocheted her cow and her pixie hat with a hand felted woollen pompom on the top with gorgeous lace weight mohair in amazing shades of purple. All her clothes are removable and washable. This doll can be hand washed in a basin with a mild soap. Because of her delicate hair I recommend her only to be spot cleaned as long time as possible.
