I want you to meet Jette, Atelier Lavendel natural fiber doll and her tiny friend Till.
Jette is an OOAK natural fiber doll, standing 16 inches, designed and handmade by Atelier Lavendel with lots of love and care. Till is her tiny teddy bear and best friend.
Jette is wearing a dress of Liberty of London cotton fabric to close with two sea shell buttons and hand made loops; leggins of organic cotton jersey. Her boots are made with pure wool felt. Her large cowl with pompom is knitted gorgeous organic wool yarn.
All her clothes are removable and washable.
Jette has brown eyes, which are carefully hand embroidered.
Her hair are made with DollyMo mohair, crocheted into a cap. Her braids are fastened on both sides of her head pony-tails style, so they can be restyled and gently combed. This doll has a neck, ears, a belly button and a sweet bum.
Her head is soft sculptured of carded clean organic sheep wool. Through the inner armature in her neck the head is slightly movable, gentle but most expressive gestures and expressions are possible. . The body is firmly stuffed with 100% organic pure wool; the “skin” is of high-quality 100% cotton interlock from traditional Swiss manufacture.
Jette`s special heirloom is her genuine shaded Amethyst bracelet. Amethyst is sad to be protective and lucky when worn as jewellery.

Amethyst is said to do many things metaphysically, it is often thought of as a universal sign of inspiration, health, and intuition and is said to specifically bless all those born in February who wears it.
Tiny 2,5mm genuine Amethyst beads are here strung on green silk cord with the ends left decoratively to fray. This Amethyst bracelet is to close securely and comfortably with a magnetic silver metal closure. This delicate piece of jewellery is 7 inches long, so that it would make a sweet bracelet to a girl or young woman.
Till is Jette´s little bear. Standing approximately 4,5 inches (10cm), he is an OOAK vintage style weighted artist bear, lovingly handmade by Atelier Lavendel, using my original designs and high-quality all natural materials.
This bear is made with high quality mohair fabric from the traditional working German manufacture Steiff Schulte, which gives him a lovely well much loved vintage appearance. His original German glass eyes are handmade in the Lauscha glass manufacture, Germany. I hand embroidered his nose with cotton embroidery floss. I used wood wool and wood shavins to stuff the body and the limbs and added to the belly some steel shot, which is safely placed within a linen bag, for more lovely weight. This bear is hand painted using non-toxic pastel colours. His fully jointed arms, legs and head are movable and pose able.
HIs his cowl with a tiny silver bell is made with ethically produced silk/wool jarn and can be put off.
Jette comes with a certificate of authenticity, which is signed and dated by me. I intended this doll and her bear as a little treasure to display or as a special heirloom toy to an older child for gentle play.
